This is it. This is my challenge for 2019. I will post one new article every week. But why did I choose this challenge? What do I want to achieve by doing this? Let me explain.
Why I Do This Challenge
Over the last few years, I found out that writing helps me a lot to feel better and get rid of stress. Whenever I felt horrible, I wrote a long post which I posted on Facebook or somewhere else. And it made me feel better.
But writing just when I feel down is not how I should do this. Why not writing all the time and feeling better in the first place?
This is why I do this challenge this year, this is why I (re)started my personal website and this blog.
How This Challenge Works
Every week of the year 2019 I will post a new article on my blog. It might be a short one, it might be a long one. Who of us knows what’s gonna happen.
I will do my best at writing a post for every category on my blog. About my life as an introvert and how I deal with it. About minimalism and how it helps me to live a better life. About humanity and how we can use our unique skills to make the world a better place.
This Is About Me
It’s a personal challenge. I want to challenge myself to write more. Not giving up.
It’s an experiment. I want to get more creative. I want to learn to write more professionally.
This is about me. I want to face my inner fears and get them out of the way. Writing helps me to do so.
And I truly hope it will help you as well! If it does, I would love to hear from you. Or let me know if you want me to write about something specific.
